Why?

Why?Why does it seem that the price is being held at 3 cents.  Who wants these shares at this price.  No news in forever yet, slow and steady accumulation. US army not saying word..FDA not saying a word...Medmira not saying a word...yet someone wants shares.  This is getting to be very long but what choice do we have but to wait.  No news is good news until the big news gets dropped (either bad news or the amazing news we have all been wating for)
