RE:RE:If they had found gold instead of diamonds?I agree...they did find some pristine grains of gold and walked on.

Problem though is...if you are staring at $500 tonne rock value or higher....how can you justify not developing that. Majority of gold explorers don't have that in their face and never will. Most geologists will never see that kidn of rock value in their entire career.
