RE:RE:RE:What the heckOf all the things that need to get done, Trump admin is going to focus on hurting (legitimite) MJ businesses? 75% of the public is against the Feds imposing fed law on states that have passed their own legislation. This is going to be a losing battle for them.
To equate the opiate drug epidemic with MJ is assinine, and the vast majority of the public knows this, so I'm not too worried about this thing really getting legs.
Does anyone know when the California senate is set to vote on the bill that was passed in the lower house a little while back to bar state resources from being used to help federal agencies in going after legitimite MJ businesses?

It's possible he was spooked by the news that Jeff Sessions asked congress to let him prosecute medical marijuana providers. You can see the story at the link below.
