Because it has gone down 8 of the last 11 trading days and unless they pull another rabbit out of their hat, the AC of old is back where it is crapped on more than it is cheered on the market.

Next quarter results are August 1st...we are June 12th....plenty of time to selloff and buyback before that date. People who hold AC know that AC will drop from now till then and when the results come out, stock will jump right back to where it is today and everybody will be cheering as if it were the greatest thing to ever happen....quickly forgetting where the stock was a few weeks back......and then back down she will go.
