RE:Today news

RE:Today news
The fact that the permits would be coming has been known for ages.  Everybody who believed this bought shares months ago in anticipation of this happening. Some bought with the intention of selling for a quick profit when the stock presumably popped on the news.

So, everybody who follows this stock closely isn't buying on the news - they've already bought all they'll ever want. That just leaves people who don't really follow the stock much if at all who may be attrracted by the news and buy a few shares now. That's probably not a lot of people since this is early summer and everyone is planning their vacations, not wasting time on the stock market.  Now and over the next few months is a bad time of year for any news to be released.
