I agree completely elgin. The smart clinics and hospitals will see the writing on the wall based on prior submissions and approvals. Once the submissions are in, approval is inevitable. The FDA loves to beg for more information on a whim, however, it is pretty much a given that approval is a "when"  not and "if."

On another note, I don't think these conservative analysts have a clue when it comes to the "long lead" for replacing sterilizers. A capital expenditure of $200k, is not small but it is nowhere near the cost of other high end hospitral/clinic equipment. Patient safety is paramount and a clinic or hospital is going to look closely and the risk/benefit of retiring obsolete equipment early, especially if it is already within 1 to 3 years of its end of life.

I seem to recall another contributor to this board making that same point a few months back.
