Closing the barn door after the horse has bolted. The CEO's compensation was rediculously high and the disidents made an issue of this. If they hadn't made an issue, then there would have been no change.

Of course all Eagles management have said is they intend to implement these changes instead of actually making them. If they get voted back in, will they make them or not?
