My take from this bought deal...

My take from this bought deal...is that FDA will take longer than expected and no partnership in sight for the near future. We all know that either of these two scenarios would boost the SP significantly. So, why on earth would they agree to $1.70. It surely doesn’t look as though they were in the driving seat on this one. It almost seems like a desperate measure.

The other thing I don’t get is, when was this negotiated…today…a week ago…a month ago??? I would guess that it was drafted a while back, kept on the back burner and they pulled the trigger because of the probable delays. This would also explain why the SP has been kept in check and dropped today after the deal was signed.

And what about “no financing necessary in the near future” we heard so many times!!!

I am still a believer but boy, it is getting more and more difficult to keep the faith.

Just my take!
