RE:Nothing From Nordgold?If both parties ageed to an decision extension for some reason we should of heard about it. Maybe we get an update after the close or Monday. They would both certainly have alot to talk about if Nord revealed it too would like to be a seller. Outside of a few standard clause's like Rights of First Refusal the JV may not refer to the situation.
