I am just pointing out what does not jive in their news releases and there is nothing to be desperate about since most shareholders voted and are voting BLUE for change already. These posts are for those still on the fence, leaning BLUE so they can understand what is really going on!

As for viable alternative actions, there is nothing much the Challengers can do from the outside until they are elected but if take some time to read their presentation, you might learn something. The current Board is still in the inside until the AGM and have every opportunity to do something NOW to show they get the message loud and clear from their shareholders.

So you have inside knowledge that most shareholders have voted Blue do you?  Where did you get that from?  The only viable alternative actions the concerned shareholders have is relate to selling assets.  Plain and simple.  ISS says that is a riskier option than working the assets.  What part of that is hard to understand?  I'm not making that up, read it from the release.  There is no confusion to it and no, they aren't bias as suggested.  If they were they would be out of business in short order as their input would be useless because no one would listen to them.

Cheers.
