RE:RE:article on the ground breaking ceremony

RE:RE:article on the ground breaking ceremonyNo the company will not fail... why? Supply and demand! Health Canada estimates over 600 000kg consumption in the first year in Canada alone. However, there won't be supply to meet that demand. Aurora will be selling 100 000kg annually whether a few customers have problems or not. Someone will take your spot as a patient and you'll be replaced in a heartbeat. Whether you like it or not, that's how it is.

It's all well and good to build a facility to produce the product they sell.  The problem here is that they have a terrible reputation in serving the clientele who would buy this product.  Unless they start paying attention to the needs of their customers and stop misleading them about gaining access to their accounts to order product, they are going to fail big.  I have been waiting over two weeks to gain access and their inadequate response and false promises about setting up accounts in 5 business days is wearing thin.   If they want to grow their business and gain market share, they are certainly going about it in the wrong way.  Once my script has expired I will not be returning to them.  I am not the only one who has had this experience.
