RE:RE:Rebalancing finished?They were permitted to buy up to 15.18 million shares. 

This is probably why they did the Normal Course Issuer Bid. 

The rebalancing is a really dumb thing. They have to sell stocks that are performing well, like KL. Prefer to hold KL myself.
