Very concerned!

Very concerned!Spoke to Commerford (DD's rep on the board) and Whittle this week and not buying explanation for PE's departure. Two reasons given - stock price performance and debt negotiations. Even a dumbass knows that stock price is all about diamond prices and PE can't control that. Debt negotiations - PE negotiated debt deal and two recent waivers. Why change jockey's in the middle of the race to complete restructuring by August. Very risky! Sec regs require FULL AND PLAIN disclosure for PE's departure and we're not getting it. Whittle said he would get PE to call. No call yet. PE was always very good getting back to me promptly. Troubling that he hasn't called. Has he been muzzled with settlement agreement? Biggest concern - what are the banks going to do following PE's exit? My view - they're going to ask for a lot more equity. Real reason for PE's exit will come out and these bozos will be held accountable.
