Management and bod just threw in the share price...........................................only real relevance of share price is that it shows mkt does not think realziable assets exceed liabilites and stated capital.

IF THE SHARE PRICE WAS HIGHER AND THE COMPANY WORTH MORE YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE DIVIDEND..THEY HAVE THE CASH TO PAY. this will reverse in time ..you have 3 years
