Totally agree with you. By looking at the following historical trading pattern during the past six months, it is clear to see that it was a repeating Game to "buy 0.045 cents and sell at 5 cents" by pumping and dumping on this board over past half year. That was why about 8.2 million shares (from all markets) were dumped at 0.045-0.05 last Friday. Therefore, before you follow the pumpers and dumpers to buy the shares at higher prices, just ask yourself why those people dumped 8.2 million shares at $0.05/$0.045 in just one day of last Friday?

 

 

In fact, it will take a long, expensive journey through basic research, preclinical development, clinical trials, and regulatory approval for ICO to get an approved drug. In June 15, 2017, ICO just announced to hold a pre IND meeting with the Division of Transplantation and Ophthalmology, US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on June 21^st, 2017. It is just a normal meeting with the regulatory boards that provide guidance to ICO researchers who seek to comply with regulatory requirements. This is all about for a pre IND meeting with FDA. We have already seen all news from ICO over the past years. The most recently news was released in June 12, 2017, which was just three days earlier than the news about the pre IND meeting. However, the market didn't positively responded to that news. If anyone read all the news and follows ICO trading, he/she definitely knows the situation for ICO, especially about recently crushing IMNP. So, before putting any your money on the stock, do your own D.D. instead of simply following the pumpers and dumpers. Otherwise, you will most likely lose.
