RE:Finally some decent news Land & Building just took a 4.3%As the article states the activist may not have much influence with only 4% but if Land & Buildings Investment Management LLC were to gain support from a few other institutional/MF shareholders they would obviously be in a much stronger position. In any even I take the move as a positive I'm just not certain how much effect it will have but Monday's trading may give shareholders an indication of what the short term future holds.
