If they were in the money, the warrantholder would simply exercise their warrant. So in most cases where the buyout price is greater than the warrant strike price, no they would not be nullified.

Options are a bit more case by case as to whether they immediately vest or not. Typically in junior exploration companies, they immediately vest on buyout and are required to be purchased by the purchaser.
