Why the downtrend?

Hello everyone,

I'm fairly new in the investing world, still learning, I do understand that the big news they've released aren't anything confirmed and just thrown words, but does it keep dropping down? There's still a chance that they'll end up making good things in a few months.

The saying is "Buy on mystery, Sell on News" so far, those news were actually mystery to me if you ask me.
