RE:RE:RE:RE:Another Huge Market for the VP4: DentalThanks for the feedback on dental sterilization.

Also, just FYI, I used Statim small portable sterilizers for years; but, these units were ALL PULLED from all hospitals and corneal surgery centres provincially, I believe, that used them at least 6-8 years ago due to serious problems with bacterial and protein contamination of the 'sterile' water reservoirs in them. They were the presumed cause of severe post-operative inflammation (Toxic Anterior Segment Syndrome) post-cataract surgery as well as post-operative 'Sands of the Sahara' sub-Lasik flap serious inflammation, apparently related to antigenic partially denatured protein deposits from bacteria on cataract surgery and Lasik surgery instruments. I am sure you are routinely testing your water reservoirs for bacterial and protein contamination, but many are not so diligent and many apparently still use alcohol for decontamination.

I am a bit amazed that market opportunitists have not moved into TOS with more force given Getinge's bolstering of their war chest for an apparent acquisition of this exciting and undervalued company. On the other hand, Getinge did its best not to telegraph too much to the market, as is their habit, with their press release. I suspect public market analysts were none too impressed by this Getinge moves, (sp was off 8-10% on news), and one wonders how long Getinge will remain publicly traded before Bennet just takes it private where details of cash infusions, sterilization market penetration, and planned acquisitions will be even more hidden from financial markets?
