lol no sh!t...that's the whole point of licensing. I am well aware that THC products can't move past state lines. That's why Tinley would license T27 to TGIF or another producer in Nevada and have them make the formula, get it bottled (or Tinley would find the bottler and do that themselves), and sell it.
