Honestly, there are what sound to be chicken noises on my recording around the 15 minute mark - LOL! (I don't know whether this is on my end or not - funny!) I don't have chickens :)

Pre-feasability study is 60-75% accurate (where we seem to be now). Feasability study is 90-95% accurate.

12 months of "hard" work ahead of us, with a safety net of 3 to 6 months.
