The Company is a producer of natural uranium concentrate, which owns and operates several conventional and in situ recovery uranium projects in the western United States. The Company also owns the White Mesa Mill in Utah, which is the fully licensed and operating conventional uranium processing facility in the United States. The Company also owns the operating Kwale HMS project in Kenya. It is developing three additional HMS projects, including the Toliara Project in Madagascar, the Bahia Project in Brazil, and the Donald Project in Australia, in which the Company has the right to earn up to approximately 49% interest in a joint venture with Astron Corporation Limited. The Toliara Project is located in south-west Madagascar, 45 kilometers (kms) north of the regional town and port of Toliara.

Just saw this-Maybe old news for some people?EFR's mill at White Mesa and mine at Daneros are threatened by one of Obama's late acts as president. He designated this area as the Bears Ears National Monument in SE Utah. Although both sites are just outside the monument boundary, it is a 65 mile trek by road through the middle of it to connect them. Environmental groups are trying to prevent that transit from happening. Some Utah officials are trying to get it amended by Trump administration.
