RE:MMJ & REC distribution by province?

I would assume a similar model that provinces have for their liquor distribution. Just my opinion

Aphria has mentioned Shoppers (I like) for MMJ however the provinces have that ultimate say on distribution. We need to know these things lol.
Then we have REC (mail order being the backup plan). Wow a lot has to move and in a hurry.
