The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

All the best to you, as well.  This could be a great play, with Sprott's participation.  I will probably but back in on a dip, if that happens.  If not, c'est la vie.  What bothers me most is that, after excercise of warrants, there will be 230M shares out and underground drilling will chew through $5M pretty fast.
