and why wouldn't they?  The board through its share ownership - primarily Marks - control the company.  No one else cares as the voting on the last AGM showed.

Fat salaries, cushy well compensated board positions, the ITC cow gets milked quite regularly by insiders.

I have nothing against paying for top notch talent that delivers top notch results.  But other than a couple of good quarters we are back to treading water EPS wise.

How do all of you as shareholders feel?  Respected?

Pretty much stuck here since there is not enough volume to be able to exit.  My bad.
