RE:RE:GDXJ Holdings as of June 19Silverware,  it would hurt if Van Eck voted his 34 million shares yes on the buyout.  He may be looking long-term when Integra's real value becomes apparent and raise ELDs stock price but he would be giving up around $8 million supporting the buyout at $0.98 versus the $1.21 original offer.  Maybe he has a large personal stake in Eldorado so the $8 million will be offset by Integra's real value down the road.

Integra management would believe they had a lock on approval with Van Ecks support.
