RE:RE:RE:RE:Latest PRI don't think I have said "call the company" for quite a while now....but I do recommend anyone who is trying to do research to try to talk to Ray. He obviously knows the company better than any of us so can give more insight than an anonymous poster on SH. Not many will, but the investors who do make the effort normally gain some insight that no one else could give them.

The regulations of the exchange are pretty strict when it comes to LOI's of any kind.....I know Ray well enough to know that he wouldn't announce that if he didn't have to. He also wouldn't announce it if he didn't think it was close. 

Have you been involved in those types of transactions Corey? I have been with three different companies and they are no where near as easy to get done as you are stating...especially deals between Canadian and US companies. Lawyers stipulate what you need to say most times, not the company. They wouldn't announce it if "It didn't mean anything".
