RE:RE:Path to success nears

RE:RE:Path to success nearsThe June 10 date was just a reference to the date set at the Appeals Court. I pointed out that the
EOM appeal remains quite uncertain at this point given the Weatherill decision. Unpredictable at this point. Don't you agree? So we have EOM appealing the BC Appeals Court ruling & Courtenay appealing the August Shareholders Meeting date set by Anna. Can you see the tactics Anna/Tenor
are using? They aim just to outspend our efforts with appeal after appeal.
Would you say that is a willingness to compromise?

Agreed that if Rocco group prevails that is a big win, but as you know there are avenues of appeal in that decision as well, right? See what I am saying? Also I know the judge has said there is no need for a trial, yet that too is not completely certain. I hope the court case remains "as is" as the judge has stated. Again we are dealing with a BC Court system with substitute, low grade personel who sit on the Bench. It would be wonderful to win & have Anna spill the beans!

Are you certain about the need for a "revote"? That may not be required. Remember Weatherill pushed the meeting out til Sept. 30 without mention of a revote. That would be costly.

When one sees the growing number of suits by Anna/Board/Tenor it becomes evident that they are no holes barred in it to win. I really hope for enforcement intervention to halt their corrupt ploys. Simply look at Crystallex and see how Tenor raped over the shareholders
for a massive dollar settlement! I do hope we win and Anna is exposed & Board/Tenor cave in.
Sooner the better!
