RE:As Expected - SARGENT BLOCKING BIDS

I can agree with Sargent wanting to keep the stock at 4.5 cent, however, if there's demand for the stock, the 4.5 cent ask will be quickly taken out.

If Sargent didn't place that 4.5 cent ask, people will not buy at 5 cent if they have no plan to buy at 4.5.

In conclusion, I don't think the 1MM shares is placed by Sargent.
