Are we investors frustrated with the SP a slow pace of FDA approvals - sure. On the other hand  suggesting they should spend money on a take over of another small company with a different technology just to diversify is not something I would advise.
Firstly what can they buy with 20M? - some other small company's trouble? 20M Cdn is absolute peanuts when it comes to a takeover and the problems and dollars it takes to meld the companies. In my opinion forget that and concentrate on the field you already have some expertise in. Meanwhile I have been a fairly large shareholder for 10 years come this summer and in the last few days I have tried to buy at least 27,000 TOS at anything under 2.87 - not happening. Where are all you disatisfied share holders - come on give 'em up will you?
