The growth will be based on results, and in my opinion,
we are in the ground stage of a
future precious metal company.
The company took on a huge step in trying to close such a big placement.
There is plenty of confidence from investors to raise $10 million on a penny stock.
Warrants are good for only 2 years where the warrants are cashable at 30c each.
Almost 3 times the stock bid price at the close.
I personally think it will be much higher than this at that time.
They didn't have to purchase 100% of the US Grant mine, but are trying to close it fast with this PP.
The US Grant mine has a gold vein that is over 1km long (!!!!)
and only a portion has been mined up until now.
There's alot of gold left in this deal, and there are possibly other veins,
below or adjacent the known strike vein.
Don't forget there is a "mill" attached to this deal, which makes production all the more convinient.
Additional confidence in this area is displayed by Transatlantic going into that Lease/Purchase
deal they announced May 4th.
They entered into that "exclusive agreement" to lease and purchase
the Kearsage Claim Group
that are located only 4 miles from the US Grant Mine.
The company obviously knows there is much more to this area than meets the eye.
"No news" is "good news" for investors that want to buy shares
from sellers who don't have the patience that is needed.
