Alberta has one of the highest minimum wages in Canada, the oil sands sent wages soaring, ever you heard of temporary foreign workers, Alberta has/had huge numbers of them they are brought in because of the lowest unemployment in the country, the wages for skilled labout is more in the $40/50+ than $20, you are sadly mistaken it would seem yet again, based on your posts/numbers/facts it would seem your probably a neighbour from the south of us and don't seem to know anything about Canada Good luck....
