Please also read the Sedar filings dated June 9- 19.  I've poured over them  several times. heres a copy & paste

Deloitte LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, 1055 Dunsmuir Street, Unit 2800, Vancouver, BC, V7X 1P4, will be nominated at the Meeting for appointment as auditor of the Corporation in place of Ernst & Young LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants. The Board resolved that Ernst & Young LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, not be proposed for reappointment as the auditor of the Corporation at the Meeting. Deloitte LLP was appointed to the position of auditor of the Corporation effective August 30, 2016.
 
There have been no reportable disagreements between the Corporation and Ernst & Young LLP and no qualified opinions or denials of opinions by Ernst & Young LLP for the purposes of National Instrument 51-102. A copy of the Corporation’s Change of Auditor Reporting Package with respect to the termination of Ernst & Young LLP and appointment of Deloitte LLP, as auditor of the Corporation (including the Notice of Change of Auditor, a letter from Ernst & Young LLP and a letter from Deloitte LLP) is attached as Schedule B to this Management Proxy Circular.

This comes direct from the MICE. that everyone should be receiving.
