To clarify, If a takeover attempt was to initiate, the investors (institutions?) who still fall under a sell restriction, Do they get to make the call or does CMED (execs/board) get to make the decision for them. I don't know for sure but if there is any kind of hold in place in a HTB it would make it less attractive,. If that is the case I expect the attractiveness of a HTB to increase in July...

I don't know how much is under these holds, It would be good to know and I agree with you on the valuation disappointment however It shouldn't take too much to get this horse running again
