bought some. looking at both management Teams i think
A) the deal will happen, altough its a non-binding LOI at this stage
&
B) the exchange ratio will equal to better prices than currently implied by CSK shareprice
my best guess is that it will somewhat come down to the latest PP price of 0.2 can$

I believe the reason that they have not set a proposed exchange ratio, is that first
FCC and Cobalt One are to merge, i believe both companies combined are kind of biggest and first mover. Altough there are quite a number of Cobalt plays out there FCC and Cobalt One combined might have the necessary size and quality to really make something happen.
