digitel: The letter last week said a future letter would be released to talk about the licensing model

Yes, in the CEO message to shareholders, he said: "....In a future message, I will similarly discuss the company’s licensing model...." (June 14)

digitel: ....and the news release about the conference in China said he would discuss strategies for the platform at the conference.

Yes, in the China presentation letter he said: "....to discuss our strategies for the Transcend Platform going forward...." (June 8)

digitel: ....Hard to discuss the licensing strategy in China without the letter disclosing it to all shareholders first.

Not true. You've mixed the comments from the two press releases. He DID NOT say anything about discussing the "licensing strategy in China".
