This Nevada Court Ruling...
This Nevada Court Ruling...This Judge's decision to give marijuana distribution liceses exclusively to alchol companies is a joke and blown way out of proportion. It is by no means is a complete loss for GLH. First of all, the judge leads his ruling by saying all licenses must be distributed to alcohol distributors for the first 18 months, “UNLESS the department determines that this would result in an insufficient number of marijuana distributors”. The Department of Taxation has further said that “none of the [5] applications they’ve received from liquor wholesalers are complete”, suggesting they may all be rejected anyway. I mean, rec is supposed to start July 1 – in one week. I think the answer to Mr. Judge Martin's “insufficient number of marijuana distributors” is pretty clear. The Department of Taxation has further explicitly stated they are legally going to do everything they can against the alcohol companies to maintain their issued licenses to medical marijuana companies. They have suggested they will appeal this embarrassment of a decision. At the very least. GLH will sue the Department of Taxation for all losses due to their unreasonable misrepresentation.
This will not stop the rise of the GLH, not even close.
