As I posted before, according to SEDI ( and that's the only official place where you can see and count insider transactions) real insiders own not more than 5M shares. It's less than 5%. And I'm not sure if they bought them with their own money or just got them in many possible ways of plans . I talked to IR guy 3-4 weeks ago, he told me they were shareholders as well and are very stimulated . The question is, we BUY our shares with our own money while they get them pretty often for free. They are interested in the sp appreciation but no risk involved, either plus or nothing. Big difference. They were supposed to close the transaction today. Let's see if it worked
