Definitely isn't a secret. Delay of spinoff due to new findings which lead to revision of 43-101, negatively affected SP short term. At this point, I'm not even sure if the spinoff would occur before pilot is delivered. Too bad I couldn't make it to AGM yesterday, as I would have liked an in depth update as to where we now currently stand with BGF.
