Friday Night Lights Perspective

Friday Night Lights Perspective
I am e-mailing today on behalf of a group of investors that currently own or are interested in purchasing your stock. We are confused by the recent ruling by the judge, limiting the distribution to the liquor companies. How does this work now? Do you have to wait for the 5 distributors to become licenced, recreational distributors, then at that point strike a deal with 1 of them to distribute your product? Do you know if the liquor companies have stated interest in becoming cultivators as well? Will you be putting out a news release anytime to reassure investors that this ruling does not affect your cultivation business model?

I think this is all of the questions that we have for the moment. I appreciate you taking the time to respond to our questions.

Hi Robert,

The principle of AMA's son is a lawyer in Las Vegas working on this everyday and I am not worried until they get concerned. Still lots of questions but it's looking like it will only have a impact on the retailers and not us since they are buying as much product as they possibly can in an effort right now to stockpile their shelfs in case there is a delay.

And yes we will definitely put out a press release once it is more certain down there. We will keep everyone updated and I appreciate you reaching out.
