RE:RE:RE:We are going Wrong. There is a cap, and if the share price goes too high, they will have to reprice the PP. The very same thing happened with FGD. Wasn't a good thing overall, as the PP dragged on forever it seemed. Either way, there IS a cap until the PP is done.

I've done this type of tango quite often.  I suspect the PP will be closed by the end of the week, it's now also advertised at various locations and with the attention the stock is giving is a no brainer for some who can afford it.
