But, the offerring was done at 1.80 when the share price was 2.05. The offering was for 1 share and 1 warrant. They listed the warrants and they are trading at 0.40+, thereby justifying a share price of about 1.40 on the shares... Sucks for preexisting shareholders... Had the warrants not been listed wed probably be sitting at 1.70+... JMHO
