I just love that MD bought in. It's good to be in business with someone who has legitimate skin in the game. Options are great exec comp but if they earn a salary they never really loose if the stock tanks. They just don't earn as much so-to-speak. This conveys a sense of extreme optimism. Go and! Go RH!
