re:"Last week-Low Carbon Economy Fund"
More great posting Prone!

Keep in mind Prone's postings that have kept us up to date on world and national happenings/process regards environment and climate.   It has all been unfolding."Who is doing what? What they are proposing? Who disagrees? Who agrees?  Who can rule over all others?  What is to be expected? When it is to be accomplished? What are the details?"

What I saw and liked in the "Low Carbon Fund" Prone post:

"Over the summer of 2017....the Government of Canada will engage with the Provinces and Territories on their (Fed) proposed projects.  After project in approval, bilateral agreements would be put in place with provinces and territories so that projects can begin in the fall or winter."

How it will unfold and when it will unfold.is given.

TMG will have to wait and see if it is going to have appriate opportunities that its tech is suited to and acceptable to  project leaders.

The Fed has to meet its Environment and Climate Accord goals.  It will want to see the biggest bang for its bucks through its proposed projects.

We shall see.  We shall see.
