RE:RE:Proposed dual listing, good; Death Spiral clause, badNow there is a death spiral...the threat to liquidate the Company based on Lender's actions if not discharged in the manner being voted on.. Strange though, if CFY can afford to pay it under a discharge agreement why can it not pay off under other circumstances based on the amount owing...what's another PMB4,000,000! So, he's owed about C$7MM to C$10MM  and he is prepared to jeopardise all the other lenders' positions whom are owed more. Seems like parlour games to me, but potentially more deathly!!!
