RE:I am rolling my eyes GD

RE:I am rolling my eyes GDAs you roll your eyes considering reasonableness. When putting out a news release naming another Company such as Panasonic one would send the news release to Panasonic requesting their approval to use their name. Having been an officer in a public Company based in the USA I received advice from our securities lawyer regarding the law and disclosures. The advice was simple, do not put anything out via a news release that has not happened. When using another Companies name get their permission before putting that release out . Finally this lawyer advised me that a false or misleading news release will bring the regulators a calling. Paul Ogilvie knows this and I have known Paul for years. Did Paul make an innocent mistake that's up for others to judge. When I saw that release I called BS to others I know that also know Paul they agreed. Buying SJL at this time is the equivalent of playing the slots in Vegas.
