Not surprising given that Haywood Securities says that FCU has implied upside of 213%, while NXE has just 75%, based on consensus broker target prices across the board.
There's also the worry that the PEA might disappoint the market, or result in a large dilutive financing. Might be better to wait and buy NXE when you can get Warrants and/or Flow-Thru tax credits as well when they announce a financing after the PEA release.
