Sorry, I blinked, and they renamed it.  Old habits... BMBF (Federal Minstry of Education and Research) is the new name for the old BMFT (Federal Ministry of Research and Technology).   My apologies.  Fact of the matter, however: the minister herself says that funding is being considered beyond the 5.2 million Euros already paid to Giga-LIB.  Very clearly, TerraE has not yet been funded.
Where you say "probably", you are speculating wildly and you are off the mark.
