RE:RE:RE:Merger and acquisition on First Cobalt’s playlistGolffather I agree with your assessment . However if we do not enjoy the pending offer then we all have votes to use (except for those who sold too early).
Here is what I said here 3 days ago and it is more valid than ever now:
What adds much to CSKs value is that both FCC and Cobalt One need to buy CSK so as to be sure they can hang on to "their" Yukon refinery when CSKs lawsuit comes. Buying CSK is the only assurance they both have that they will not be out of pocket their 5 Million $ plus refinery payments and also lose the refinery itself in the CSK lawsuit at the same time. FCC and Cobalt One both are standing on risky positions, very risky.
On the other hand, CSK has a mill and can continue on just fine without them.
Meanwhile the CSK lawsuit is pending to regain the Yukon refinery and the subsequent court case will ensue with a good chance of CSK getting its refinery back unless the other two settle first.
The insurance of buying out CSK with its pending suit is alone worth a lot of money. If this were poker I would much rather have CSKs cards. At least I am holding their shares and will keep them a long while for their value.
