Thanks all for your input.
I've made up my mind and am putting in my order of 21000 to ad to my already accumulated 41000 in my TFSA.. I think the downside risk is alot less, since we are at all time lows, than the upside potential. So I'm betting on Ucore rather than putting my money into another uncertian company. We need a HOMERUN.
